Extraordinary. She handled everything for out of state sellers.
I can’t say enough for how well Melanie handled everything. From staging, cleanup and fixing little problems to lining up contractors for unanticipated repairs and pushing through the final price negotiations. All of this while we were out of state. Remarkable.
