Melanie helped the reviewer buy this property

Smart and focused agent who works tirelessly on your behalf

Melanie is simply the tops. Her extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate -- including excellent guidance on how to bid wrt local market values and comps, was invaluable. Her tireless follow through on every step of the transaction -- from submitting a bid to closing, made us feel like we were in extremely capable hands. We lived four hours away during our search, and her willingness to show us houses via skype was really helpful. In fact, that is how we first saw the lovely home we now own on the Cape. I would heartily recommend Melanie to any prospective home buyer!
