Melanie Carter is an exceptional agent!!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She went above and beyond to help us sell our house at the maximum price and find the perfect home within our budget. She was with us every step of the way. She came by our house almost daily to help us get it ready to sell, she walked through poison ivy and ticks to help us find our new home...she cleaned, mopped, swept and even crawled in a hot tiny attic at 10pm at night to make sure we made it to closing on time! She will treat you as family, while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend!

Melanie Carter comes to you with patience, kindness, answers, suggestions, and a team of professionals. She listened to what I wanted from the sale of my condo. She researched and found solutions every time something came up. She had a handyman, electrician, and plumber on the ready to address the inspection items.
