Melanie was great to work with! As soon as we contacted her she had a list of houses for us to look at and was very knowledgable when we toured each home. She helped us negotiate a great deal on the house. Melanie helped us through the entire buying process, took time to answer all our questions and stayed in contact with us through the entire process. She quickly returned phone calls, emails and text messages. Melanie is very efficient with getting documents signed and made great recommendations for house inspector, closing attorney and took care of getting quotes for us when repairs were needed. Would highly recommend!

Melanie was the absolute BEST!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while also being literally one of the nicest people on the planet. She walked me through buying my first home step by step, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I had a very modest budget, but I felt like I received the same time, attention, care, and concern from Melanie as I would have if I were buying a mansion. I knew that she always had my best interests in mind and I was very happy that I had her on my team. Everything else about the home buying process was stressful and generally unpleasant, but working with Melanie was a dream. She is clearly a person of integrity and I highly recommend her!
