We bought a new log home in Murphy. Talked to Melanie about selling and moving. She said that what you want is not in Murphy it is in Hayesville. The next day she had a new house for us to look at. We went in and loved it there is so much more to do in Hayesville . We then had here sell our log home in Murphy. She sold that house in 2 weeks. She is a great realtor.
I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and have never worked with somebody as professional, organized and kind as this wonderful woman. As we were out of state buyers, we needed somebody who could be our eyes so to speak. And Melanie was just that! Once we found our home, the transaction was not easy as there were quite a few issues after the inspection. Melanie is a great intermediary, and we truly were very happy that by working with the sellers agent got all of our issues resolved in a timely manner. When we arrived in town, (my husband had never seen the home) Melanie made sure that we became familiar with the area so we would feel right at home. She is the best of the best. If she didn't immediately respond to my calls, she would call back very shortly after no matter what she was doing! Working with Melanie was the best. She was extemely patient with me and very understanding. It may have taken a while to find my home but she suceeded and found the perfect home for me. She provided assistance every step of the way. I couldn't have done any of this without her. . I gave her all kind of obsticles but she stuck with me to the end. Melanie played a pivotal role in helping us make our lifelong dream come true. It all started with a call about a new construction house one weekend that Melanie was on call. While it was fate that led us to her, we would say that we hit the realtor jackpot! Melanie is knowledgeable, personable, kind, honest, patient, transparent, humorous, and she is an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR who stands true to her word. When she tells you she is going to do something, she does. Not only did she walk lock in step with us throughout the ENTIRE process, she went above and beyond in so many ways. It’s the little things that mean so much, like how she checked in on us throughout our stay to see how we were enjoying the town and asking if we needed anything, to texting to make sure we made it home safe each time, to offers to help coordinate miscellaneous post closing house services prior to our arrival, to the numerous recommendations…I could go on and on. I cannot tell you how many texts and emails I sent, many after hours or on weekends. Melanie was always VERY PROMPT in her response, even if it was just to say I received your message and will get back with you soon. My husband and I moved here from Ohio. Melanie lined up houses on the weekends for us to see. We were all over Murphy area. Lots of different homes. Melanie was very patient while we looked for just the right one. If we had a question, it was answered promptly. She was helpful and kind dealing with out of towners. Communication was top notch.
