Melanie got far more for us than others who sold nearly identical beach cottages in the same location at around the same time using other realtors. And she was careful to come up with creative ways for us to realize an additional 6 months of high-season rental income on our beachfront investment property while the contract remained pending. So we got the best of both worlds. And her service is the best we’ve ever had. I don’t think the phone has ever rung more than once anytime I’ve ever called her. We will never list with anyone else. Period. Plus, she actually listens to you and works for you, and she hustles like no one I’ve ever seen, rather than just sticking a sign in the dirt and throwing some pictures up on a website like we have had so many other realtors do in the past.
