Melanie Abrams

Melanie worked with my husband and I on the sale of our home in Washington. My husbands job was relocating us to the state of Idaho and we had a time limit to get there. Melanie became my partner on this sale, and it’s the best decision I have ever made. She exceeded all of my expectations. She is positive, enthusiastic, honest, trustworthy, hardworking, well prepared, organized, patient, smart, persistent, and willing to go above and beyond. It was a two year old home that we had just trimmed out but had not yet painted the trim or caulked the necessary areas. She showed up with caulk and worked alongside me while I painted. She is confident in her abilities and is a perfectionist. She was there when needed, dropped things in her life to help, and even cleaned when we sold! I cannot say enough good things about her. I’ve never worked with a realtor more wonderful or capable. She was a partner, a friend, she was the best!
