Melania is a true professional as she handled the sale of my home from start to finish. My home needed work before going on the market and Melania has all the contacts and was at my house often making sure the contractors did their jobs correctly. The house looked great and cost was very reasonable. Melania gave me the option of paying each contractor as she doesn’t charge anything extra. She worked hard to negotiate the best deal for me and made sure I was in the loop at all times. I’ve dealt with brokers over the years and Melanie is the best. I had to sell my house while I was 1,000 miles away and I was certainly panicking. The previous rental management company were not great and needed a lot of help.
