We sold our house in 2020 and Mela provided assistance with the transaction for us and the Buyers. We first had the pleasure of working with Mela when buying a home in 2007 and she has always been there for us in all matters of Real Estate. Mela is completely professional and a valuable participant in our multiple Real Estate transactions over the years. We came across Mela via a web search for successful Relators in El Dorado County. Her success rate for sales seem to be above and beyond others in the area. Our house was a bit out of the norm for Mela and her team being in Placerville, but that did not deter her. She was extremely helpful on getting our house on the market as soon as possible. Her team was excellent and timely to stage our house and list it by mid July 2019. Due to the changes in the housing market at that time our house did not immediately sell. Mela and her team were in weekly contact with us trying to develop different sales strategies during this difficult time. What we liked was that continually lowering the price was not the right approach, unlike most local relator’s suggestions. She was constantly reassessing the market to assure us that our house was priced correctly until the right buyer came along. It took 7 months for our house to finally get multiple offers. Thru this process Mela and her team were on top of all the issues that occur during the multiple offer process. We were able to successfully select the better buyer and we were able to close within 20 day s of the offer. Even after the sale had closed she was there for us wrapping up all the loose ends. We would strongly recommend her again to anybody. She is not like a lot of the local Relators and has valuable tools and resources that others do not.
