A very thorough and Very knowledgeable Agent. Mel understands the home acquision process. She understands real estate laws, the do's and don'ts of the real estate industry and she is well aware of the buyers rights. I could depend on melba to stage my home, get rid of all the clunk, work with the various contractors and coordinate the choas of interior decorating to sprucing up the exterior landscape. I am very pleased with the outcome. My home got sold after DAY 2 of being on the market. I could not have found a more perfect agent for the job.
