Mel was absolutely fantastic to work with. My wife and I bought our first home in Camden, a 1975 brick ranch house that needed lots of love. Mel advocated for us extremely well and through negotiations after multiple inspections we were able to secure a brand new septic installation, brand new hvac system, updated wiring and breaker panel, and much more. He was very easy to get in touch with and made routine visits to the property when needed. We are so in love with our home and Mel was instrumental in getting the deal secured. He worked with executors to clear a false claim on the house after a relative passed and also ensured our new septic was built to support a 3bed house which was our plan to upgrade it from 2bed to 3.
