Very laid back and accomodating, no high pressure and follows through

We met Mel by chance after having been stood up by a competing agent to look at a particular lot in Clarkesville. I called his phone number as he was shown as the actual listing agent on the sign. He met us, drove around for hours, met us again two different weekends and we finally settled on a lot we saw on our second encounter. We live 2 hours away from North Georgia and were able to handle nearly everything electronically to facilitate the closing last week. We will do business with Mel again when we have additional real estate needs.
