Meika is AMAZING!!! My mum was living in AZ but buying in Tyler. Meika took my husband and I to see homes for my mum. I’ve never worked with a realtor like Meika. She pointed out things (good and bad) about homes that I hadn’t noticed. She did the math for me on cost per square foot when I’d get stuck between two homes that I thought might work. She communicated with my mum and myself separately and together. And she was ready to show us homes quickly since the market was moving incredibly fast at that time. When my mum did put offers in, she helped advise her on what would help hers be the winning bid because everything was a bidding war at that point. She gave my mum inspectors and the whole she bang to get the house looked at. When my mum went under contract on her home, Meika gave her multiple options for closing from AZ. Ultimately, my mum closed electronically from AZ. Meika delivered the keys to me after close and we did a walk through together. What I love about Meika besides her skill as a realtor is that she’s real. She actually cares about her clients. I never once’s felt that she was in it just for a commission - she was invested in my mum finding the right house and paying an appropriate price in an inflated market. (She also helped my son and DIL buy a home during a time when the coronavirus was making everything difficult.) My husband and I already own a home but I can promise you, if f we EVER decide to sell, Meika will be our realtor. She’s flat out amazing and unpretentious and I love that about her.
