Mei is a very professional, passionate and responsible person. She knew all the details, whether it was major or minor. She took great care of our house and help us rent it out and later on sold with our desire price. Thanks to her, we saved lots of time and avoided many troubles. She always followed up every process of discussion, negotiation and purchasing with us, listing agent and the buyers. She was also responsive. Whenever we had concerns or worries, she was always available (sometimes it is even very late) and knowledgeable enough to answer our questions and erase our worries.
