The purchase of this home was not necessarily a simple one and we definitely played the long game for a while. From coming to our house, one random day just to see what we could potentially make on it, to going to look at a house that we were interested in but didn’t even know if it were an option, to listing our house and making it happen. Luckily, with Mehak’s determination and knowledge we were able to make this happen. This purchase was not necessarily a simple purchase, and we don’t know what we would have done without her!

We listed our house for sale with Mehak and work quickly under contract. We had a contract fall through, and then immediately got another that was better. Our house only stayed active on the market for eight days! I think the way the house was marketed and the photos of the description of the house were definitely one of the reasons why it was able to get under contract so fast. All of this was because of Mehak and we appreciate her for all she did!

Mehak helped us find our first home three years ago and helped us sell it so quickly when we decided to move out of state.
