Meghann Myers

Meghann Myers is very conscientious and easy to work with. She also has a very pleasing personality. She was in constant contact with us regarding our property and if we attempted to reach her, we could do so easily. Her knowledge of the whole process was excellent and if there was any question, she found the answer quickly. We could not be happier with the work Meghann did for us and we highly recommend her for buying or selling needs.

We had our house listed for seven months with another agenct and it did not sell. Four months later we listed with CCR. I did not know Meghann Myers, she by chance, ended up as a duel agent when I used CCR as my real estate agency. Meghann ended up being an awesome realtor. She is not only a positive and friendly person but also a dynamic real estate agent. One of the biggest things I liked about her as our agent is her follow up. She frequently touched base with us to let us know what was going on with the selling process. Also when we had questions she would respond within a half hour or at most, by the next business day. She sold our house within three weeks after listing it with her agency. A huge hurdle she faced was that we moved to North Carolina and had to complete all of our paperwork via electronic signatures. She had not used that before but like a pro she figured it out making the closing process a breeze for us. Thank you Meghann and CCR for your efforts.
