Meghan Putnam

Meghan has the patience of a saint. We started looking to buy a house, condo, townhouse, something. On our first meeting I was all over the place about what we wanted and over the next almost 1 1/2 years I continued to bounce from one thought to a different thought and throughout it all Meghan was there showing me my new taste of the week or going back to something I had seen previously that I couldn't stop thinking about. One of the things I really appreciated was her knowledge of the "underbelly" of the house. We would go in the basement of houses and she would be able to point out different things to be worried about or not. With her background of flipping houses she has another knowledge base that was really helpful when looking for a house! As we were taking our time looking for a house and what we wanted we never once felt pressure from Meghan to hurry up and make a decision. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone who is down to earth and not looking for someone who feels like a sales person when you are the one buying the house!

She was informative, professional, and easy to work with. She went the extra mile acquiring information requested by interested buyers. One instance, the interested buyers wanted to know specific fence regulations. She contacted the Subdivision Association and City of Town and Country for accurate Specifications. Also, she was able to get us a viewing of the home we purchased before it went on the market.

Meghan's understanding and knowledge of what is important to people is invaluable. She is smart, courteous, and persistent in following through. Her ideas on what should be done to improve a property are sensible and helpful. A joy to work with.

I can't say enough great things about Meghan. My husband and I contemplated putting our historic home on the market for over 2 years. Every realtor told us we would take a loss or sit on the market for a while. Then we met Meghan. She really believed in the house and knew she had what it takes to get it sold. After a few things updates we hit the market and got an offer after the first showing! What sets Meghan apart from others is her passion for her clients. I called or texted a million times and every time she answered me quick and also made me feel like I was her top priority. Not only did Meghan sell our home she helped us find and buy our dream home! I would use Meghan again in a heart beat and I would recommend her highly. I felt like I not only gained a realtor but a friend.
