Meghan sold two properties for me in 2015. I have dealt with many brokers over the years, and usually they want to lower the price, because they don't get paid unless a property sells. Meghan was really looking out for my interests as a seller. She knows the local market, and she even discouraged me from lowering my price. And guess what? The properties sold!
