Best experience ever!

Meghan sold this unique property super quickly! I was going through a nasty divorce and highly emotional and reactionary and she handled it like a champ! I wouldn't have gotten through it without her tenacity and professionalism. We even had the county show up with a compliant during escrow and she handled that like a pro - it could have been a disaster but she came up with solutions for every hurdle we experienced! She knew how to work well with everyone involved and never gave up and kept a positive attitude when I was defeated - we closed on time and best of all - I got 200k over asking price. She was honest and no nonsense! Also she worked with me for years when I had considered selling the property and other properties and never stopped being there for questions as I pondered my best financial options. She never pushed me to sell the property but always focused on my best interest both financially and emotionally. At many points I didn't think I would need her as a realtor but she would be there when needed - she was never pushy and never tried to sell me on something - the hands off approach when I didn't need a realtor and the hands on approach when I did - made her the perfect fit for me! You can't go wrong with Meghan! You would en glad she is on your side and looking out for you. She had vision and creativity - the list goes on and on!!!
