Pros: Timeliness Convenience Friendliness Flexibility Efficiency Cons: I honestly cannot think of any! Meghan is a truly amazing agent to work with. She was almost always able to answer our questions right away if we needed something and if she didn't have the answers, she was very diligent to get them! This was our first time buying a house and she made everything incredibly smooth and easy for us as buyers. Almost everything was done via email so we didn't have to travel out to the office to sign paperwork every time we wrote an offer or counter. She also always made sure to stay on the lookout for houses in our price range that fit our needs. Eventually we found our dream home! We even closed two weeks earlier than expected!
