Meghan was recommended to us by a friend and we have been super happy! She knows how to negotiate like a BOSS and got us favorable terms on our contract to buy. She not only takes care of you while searching and making offers, but even after you close on the property. The Groove realty offers a spacious courtesy trailer for clients to use for moving and she is even working with us to make sure we have our homestead exemption in place at the beginning of the new year. Not to mention she has a person for anything and everything. Taxes, repairs, insurance, etc... I used to work in real estate and I can honestly say I have not met a more knowledgeable real estate agent.
