You know how people say they'd love to buy a new car - but they don't want to have to deal with the salesperson? Well... I'd buy a new house every week if it meant working w/ Meghan! As first time home buyers with a young kid – we had a lot of questions and concerns. Meghan treated us like we were part of her extended family out of the gate, answering our questions thoughtfully and patiently - and educating us on things we didn't know enough to ask questions about. She made the offer, purchase and closing process so easy & seamless (compared to some of the horror stories my friends have shared). When it came time for my aging father to sell our family home, we called Meghan. He'd struggled with 2 other realtors previously. She helped him orchestrate the right contractors to repair longstanding issues, and staged a home that I'd grown up in (but that my wife referred to as a tear down) to look like another family's future. She then helped him find a new house – exactly what he was looking for – 100 miles away! Meghan has helped our family buy and sell 2 homes now. She helped us smoothly navigate so many of the "little things" that can slow down the process & drive you nuts – from updating smoke detector placement for quick fire department inspection, to taking advantage of energy saving HVAC tax credits. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!
