Her patience through all the questions I had and support I needed to sell my house was amazing. We met a couple months before I listed and she provided really important information about the market and timing for listing. When I was ready to list she provided help with staging my house, had a great photographer take pictures, and created a beautiful listing. My house sold in 4 days (could’ve been sooner but we waited for a third offer!). Meghan is a truly lovely person and great realtor. I felt so supported and heard through the selling process.

Meghan was a breath of fresh air in our housing journey. She’s unlike other agents we have had before in that she’s not super pushy to get you to do something, instead she takes her time with her client and really wants them to be comfortable with the home they want. We have used other agents in the past to buy/sell and all they care about is getting the deal done. Meghan on the other hand took time with us over months to really allow us to see what was out there, never pushing us to just “get something”. I remember a time when we were looking at a place and then a bug bit my 2 year old, Meghan didn’t even think about it, she immediately went and helped to my little one and offered what she could to do to help. Meghan is the best! She took the time to understand what my family needed, and she showed us all the houses possible so we can see the various options. She was very good in advising us which houses could have issues, or repairs needed or to watch out for. It felt we could really trust her. Then once we identified the house we wanted, she did everything she could to get us all the information, the inspections etc. She worked with our attorney and us to make sure the contract was accurate and would not put us in a situation of vulnerability. She worked with the inspectors to organize the inspections and follow-ed up to get clarity on some aspects fo the reports. She even found renovation companies to get quotes for everything we needed. During the whole process, she was an amazing partner and she was always there when we needed her. I've never seen a so professional and dedicated realtor agent. We have been extremely lucky to have her with us for the purchase of our new home. She is truly the best!
