We recently decided to downsize and move into a villa which is currently being built. We consulted with Meg who is very knowledgeable of the area, and current housing market. After a considerable amount of leg work, she was able to guide us on asking price and what to expect. The house sold in 72 hours. Not only did she guide us through the selling process, she helped us find an acceptable rental while our new home is being built. This was stressful in itself since we only needed to rent for 8 months, not the standard 12. The closing was smooth, and we were able to transition into the rental within a few weeks. My husband and I recently relocated to PSL from St. Petersburg. We were looking for a realtor that was knowledgeable of the area, would listen to our needs, and direct us toward the right communities based on our needs, not just someone trying to sell us a house. Since we lived across the state, Meg would find homes, review them first, then give us honest feed back. We would then schedule homes to tour on the weekends we were in town. On several occasions, we found some homes on our own during our visits and she would somehow fit us in to tour those homes, as well. In all, we saw over 50 homes before we found the right one.
