They were transparent on areas where they could assist and areas where i should seek external help like remodeling / repairs estimates. They understood our requirements and budget and were open enough on areas that will work for us and properties where there was no point trying.

I purchased a townhouse when the interest rate was going up and the budget for me was tight, plus the expectations and wow factor while searching for a home needed to be satisfied too, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She highlighted the concerns and did her research to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. She did an incredible amount of gathering information about the process, the status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward, presenting the info and talking about the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treats the situation like they are purchasing the property – she looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Megha will work with you to make your desires a reality. Megha is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Megha was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I would recommend her to all as a real estate agent.

Megha is an amazing agent and we would not have our home without her help. I was bouncing from realtor to realtor with little success. Most agents were not interested in working with someone that didn't have the best financial advantage, but Megha did not seem to mind and even helped motivate us to keep trying. She was the first agent that found properties that I could actually afford in the bay area and was quick to set up walk through's or invites for open houses. After 2 failed attempts at bids it seemed again we were out of luck and communication slowed. We went on vacation and the day we got back Megha had a property ready for us to see after no contact for 2 or 3 weeks.
