Megan helped the reviewer sell this property

Trustworthy and market knowledgeable realtor who navigated an almost impossible situation

This is the second time we work with Megan. She first listed our home for rent over a year ago. A couple of months ago we decided to sell our home and we decided to return to her. What I loved about her? She never pushed us to do something we were not comfortable with. She understood the sale of our home (while living 16 hrs away) was deeply stressful. She provided the necessary market information to make price decisions while also sharing the pros and cons. With tenants still in the house, Megan had to navigate an almost impossible situation of selling our home in a market that was everything but predictable all while navigating a difficult situation with our tenants. She did so with grace, professionalism while also demonstrating sound judgement on being assertive. Thank you Megan for your support throughout these past few months and for selling our home.
