When she listed my house, she RAISED the sale price (which I initially thought was crazy), but it sold for even more than that. Megan made the purchase of our house a great experience. She was available the same day we called her to show it and worked over a holiday weekend to get a contract. She kept us informed along the way to make our purchase a smooth. I would highly recommend Megan. She was warm and friendly yet professional.
I always felt confident in Megans abilities and market knowledge. She was very professional and there was always communication with me through text and phone. I lived in another state and Megan worked with my daughter to set up viewings and inspections. Her knowledge of the process helped me to keep up with getting my closing date set up and getting documents signed and completed from another state.
I went to look at many houses when Megan during my buying process. I submitted many offers over a period of a few months. After each rejection or being beat out by another offer, Megan reassured me she would keep fighting for me to find the perfect house for my boys and I.
