I couldn’t speak any higher of Megan and the service that she provided during my home-buying process. Her value proposition to her customer is so much more than just “get your listing” like seemingly all of those other realtors that come calling. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely plan to use her again as she was BY FAR the best home-buying experience I’ve had.

Megan made the purchase of our house a great experience. She was available the same day we called her to show it and worked over a holiday weekend to get a contract. She kept us informed along the way to make our purchase a smooth. I would highly recommend Megan. She was warm and friendly yet professional.

I always felt confident in Megans abilities and market knowledge. She was very professional and there was always communication with me through text and phone. I lived in another state and Megan worked with my daughter to set up viewings and inspections. Her knowledge of the process helped me to keep up with getting my closing date set up and getting documents signed and completed from another state.

I went to look at many houses when Megan during my buying process. I submitted many offers over a period of a few months. After each rejection or being beat out by another offer, Megan reassured me she would keep fighting for me to find the perfect house for my boys and I. Not only did she deliver on this promise but she made sure I was ready to move in with constant tips and advice at each step. She is as willing and able to help with each minute detail. If you’re thinking of using a different realtor I’d ask you to reconsider. This was an amazing experience.

She’s always honest and forthright- no games. Having worked with a few good/really good realtors in the past, I felt very lucky to have Megan.
