As a first time home buyer she educated me beyond what I thought I needed to know. Expertly negotiated a very good and fair deal. With lots of complications on my end and hiccups she helped me work through it with every step. I will definitely be contacting Megan again on my next house and will recommend anyone to her as she was by far the best and most knowledgeable realtor I have talked to.
