I had some serious issues occur during my sale that I needed some advice and someone to help negotiate with me and I felt like the soft skills between her and the other realtor could be improved which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I think she is amazing and would recommend her for a realtor!

In hindsight, I should have backed out when trump got elected--the interest rates and shaky economy turned it into a buyers market. Megan worked very hard to get and keep a buyer. Unfortunately, not as lucrative a sale as it should have been, but we had Rice Co. working against us also.
