A native Tri-Citian now living in Touchet, Megan Smith enjoys the best of both worlds: serving clients across the Tri-Cities and the Walla Walla Valley. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed REALTOR® in Washington and Oregon, Megan brings a unique background to her work. Her Master’s in Education and years of teaching give her the ability to stay calm under pressure, stay organized, and keep clients informed every step of the way.
What inspires Megan most is helping people feel confident in their real estate decisions. She’s client-centered, highly communicative, and draws on her own experience in investment properties and home projects with her husband, Cody, to provide insights beyond the typical transaction. Whether negotiating for the best outcome or strategizing the right path forward, Megan is dedicated to creating a smooth and satisfying process.
Outside of real estate, Megan enjoys life on acreage with her family—riding horses, gardening, and spending time with her two boys. She also loves exploring local favorites, from boating on the Columbia River to wine tasting in Walla Walla.
