I was looking for a rent house near Carson City, and was fortunate to cross paths with Megan during the search process. She was receptive understanding my specific situation, and effective conveying the information to the owners of the property. Throughout the entire process (phone calls/e-mails, contract review/approval, funding, and eventual move-in), Megan was always available, responsive, and efficient answering questions and getting things done.
