Takes care of everything! Megan was wonderful to work with. She helped us find a contractor to do updates to get our home ready for market and worked with us every step of the way including pushing the contractor to get things done on time and make sure everything was done to the specifications we wanted. Megan had good communications skills with the buyers agent and gave us options to get out home sold. She stayed on top of things and made sure we had our portion done on time. I recommend Megan Oh to everyone for buy or selling your home.
