The process of closing did not go super smoothly, but Megan was there to guide us through every step, staying in touch with the lender so she could explain everything that was happening. We really felt like she was our advocate. Especially on the day of closing, when we went to our newly purchased home to celebrate and found that water had been left sitting in our living and dining room from when the refrigerator was removed. We called Megan immediately and she worked with the selling agent to arrange repairs before we moved in.
