Megan is organized, communicative, knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. She always got information to me in a timely fashion, she was flexible in her time and around schedules. With all the obstacles that occurred (not from her or myself) she always pushed to move things along, assist the other realtor and followed up quickly and frequently. She treats you like family.

Megan came recommended to me via my Cousins Realtor. I am so happy I found her! she showed me tons of great places that were in my budget and that fit the parameters of what I was looking for. I did my search via zoom from California and really needed a realtor that I could trust and who would look out for my best interests. She did that and more. She was diligent in her research and walk thru's catching things I would have missed. I put bids on 16 properties and lost out to higher or cash bids on all but two. The other two properties I had to back out of due to items on the inspection report. She never let me lose sight of the prize and finally the house I was meant to have came on the market and It is mine! She helped me find a great inspection team, as well as a mortgage company.
