As someone who used to work in real estate, I was on the fence about needing to hire a realtor to sell our condo in Buckhead but I'm so glad we decided to use Megan and Natalie. I'd say we had a somewhat difficult negotiation with the buyer and Megan and Natalie were so helpful through the whole process. In hindsight, I can't imagine having to deal with all of the back and forth on my own. We also used them to purchase our new home and in a competitive market, they did a great job helping us buy the house we really wanted. The timing for closing on our condo/purchasing the new house needed to align perfectly and Megan and Natalie were able to get it done with no hiccups!
