Megan is fantastic! We have used Megan for 3 RE transactions since 2013 as both a buyer and sellers agent. Our house was marketed perfectly thanks to Megan. Gorgeous photos inside & out, aerial drone video and covering all appropriate markets. She is very smart and extremely well versed in the current market. Megan is a great listener and found exactly what we wanted in each purchase/sale. During our most recent sale we had several interested buyers. We had an accepted offer, signed and agreed upon, within 3 weeks of our home going on the market! Megan is professional, knowledgable and has great negotiating skills. She gives realistic feedback which is really helpful when making difficult decisions. Megan follows through and never left us without answers. She is always on top of everything!
