Real estate broker, Megan LoPresti, has journeyed the real estate industry for over 20 years. Megan grew up on a farm near Spearville, Kansas, where she learned about hard work and the importance of relationships at an early age. While attending Kansas State University, Megan started her real estate career working with McKinney & Associates, a real estate management and sales office. She also assisted with real estate auctions at Purple Wave Auctions. 15 years ago, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Megan moved to Carson City where she found her current real estate family and home with RCM Realty Group. Megan holds Nevada and California broker’s licenses, along with credential as a property manager, business broker and auctioneer. She actively engages in residential, investment, land, and commercial sales. Megan has been voted the #1 Real Estate Agent, four years in a row, by Nevada Appeal Readers. She is consistently one of the highest producing agents in the Carson City area and has trained other agents to achieve the same. She is proud to say over 90% of her real estate business is from referrals and repeat business from her loyal clients. Megan is an active member of the Sierra Nevada Realtors Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She serves on the Northern Nevada Regional MLS Risk Reduction Committee and several subcommittees. Some of Megan’s past accomplishments include: Founder and owner of Bradway Properties, sold in 2017; Founder and owner of Carson City Property Management, sold in 2019; Founder and owner of Careful Maintenance; Founder and owner of Silent City; former President and board member of the Western State Auction Association; former Board member of the Carson City Young Business Professionals. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Vince, and their three children, Joey (21), Taylor (19) and Parker (10). Megan is a member of the Carson City Host Lions Club, is an advocate for the MS Society and Autism Awareness, and serves as a volunteer auctioneer for organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada, The Carson City Lions Club, and Crystal’s Crusades.
