Megan is, with out a doubt, the best realtor in the business!! Being our first home purchase we were very nervous about whole process. Megan walked us through every step and made sure we were fully informed. And when it came to closing, she was a “pit bull”!! The price we offered for house was higher than appraisal price. Seller asked if “we could meet them in the middle “ on final price. Megan’s response was “there is no middle. I will not let my clients pay more than appraisal price!”. 24 hours later we were paying appraisal price!! Start to finish, Megan was awesome!!
