We were shopping for a house in Bend from San Diego. We stumbled upon Megan simply calling on a listing. She spent an hour educating us about the market with zero assurance of ever speaking with us again. She was so darn knowledgable and pleasant on the phone that we put her to work. Long story short, she ran her tail of for us, negotiated us a screaming deal, and then handed us all the best contractors in town: a handyman, a painter, an inspector, etc., I still call her whenever I need a referral; electrician? Check! House cleaner? Yep, I got a great one! Insurance? Of course...
