Our family had experienced a geographical work-related relocation and the decision to buy a home was expedited due to some unforeseen circumstances. We did select a second home and Megan negotiated add-ons from the builder, which were great perks for us! Megan suggested a company for financing, and we were overly satisfied with that suggestion as they made the process seamless, allowing us to close in 25 days. Megan was key and was constantly following up and communicating with us on next steps. Joe and I told each other when we moved into the house that we couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found Megan on our first random open house that we were just checking out. Thank you Megan!
