Hi, I'm Megan Anderson, REALTOR®, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), founder of The Savvy Granddaughter™, and an appointed member of the Clark County Commission on Aging.
Since becoming licensed in 2021, I have helped more than 150 families buy and sell homes throughout Southwest Washington. My clients range from first-time homebuyers and growing families to seniors navigating downsizing, assisted living transitions, probate, and estate sales.
My passion for serving older adults began with my own grandmother's journey. That experience inspired me to create The Savvy Granddaughter™, a resource dedicated to helping seniors and their families confidently navigate life's next chapter. Today, I regularly teach technology classes for seniors, volunteer with local senior organizations, and serve on the Clark County Commission on Aging, where I advocate for issues affecting older adults in our community.
