My experience with Megan was absolutely awesome!! When we first met she captured my attention with her energetic personality, her wealth of knowledge of the housing market in area, and willingness to listen to you to opinions. As soon as we made a plan on how to sell my challenging house. She was right there helping me get the house cleaned up (She truly is a great window washer lol), and on the market to sell. I’m still amazed by her willingness to do all those open houses and showings over those weekends. As soon as we got into escrow. It was a pleasure to see Megan had your best interest in mind during the negotiations process and not afraid to ask the challenging questions for you. It very appreciative. Once the negotiations was agreed upon and repair work started. I got see Megan’s other talents really shine. She took on so many challenging roles during this time. She handled being the project manager, supervisor, inspections, moving company, laborer, and so much more to the very end to getting my challenging house sold. I could keep going on how wonderful it was working with Megan but there is not enough words to describe my appreciation on everything she did for me during this process. You are not getting just a great realtor with Megan, You are truly getting amazing person altogether!! Thank you!!
