Megan is really knowledgable of the current housing market condition and she’s been really helpful on making my decision to purchase my first home. She’s been really responsive to all phone calls and text messages and the communication with her was effective until closing. The engire process was pretty smooth and I would recommend her to other potential home buyers.

We had just moved to Gilbert renting short term until we got thru the Holidays and we planned on starting our house journey in the new year. We met Megan at a elementary school carnival where she was sponsoring a face painting booth. We got to talking with her and her husband and hit it off. Being a Realtor myself I knew whoever we worked with would have to put up with me and I felt she and I could be candid and frank with eachother. AZ real estate is a little different than what I was used to in CA and she was masterful in connecting those dots without me feeling like an idiot! She helped secure the first house we saw (in the pouring rain) which was exactly what our family had our eye on. The whole transaction was a breeze and you really get the feeling of how much she cares for her clients. She went the extra mile after the close of escrow and threw us a "Get to know your neighbor party" and invited all the neighbors on our culdesac. It was a great event and made settling in and meeting our neighbors a tremendous sucess. We were happy to find Megan and super glad we have become friends even after our transaction. This review is long overdue! We moved into our new home about a year ago. But how we got here is the story about Megan and her crew. We had sold our home with Megans help to a buyer As/Is. Then the buyer backed out last minute, We had already signed a contract on our new home and had a closing date, OUCH!! When Megan found out the buyer had backed out, she and her stager came right over. We discussed what our dilemma was and they got right to work. She guided us through the updates that needed to be done in order to sell FAST. She put us in contact with her contacts for Paint and Carpet. These guy's were great, The work was done fast and at a reasonable price. The good news is that we sold in time to close on BOTH properties one day apart! Megan and her crew we fantastic!! It was a crazy time, but all is well that ends well. We plan on this being our last home, but if it turns out that life turns us in a different direction, we know who to call. Thanks, Megan and Crew. You can tell Megan loves what she does. She only wants the best for her clients so she is not going to steer you the wrong direction. She knows her job like the back of her hand. She will listen to your wants and needs but still advise you of what is best and reasonable. I would want to have an agent any other way.
