Megan Harper

I highly recommend Megan, and I've bragged about how amazing she is to close friends and family. We bought a house in Spring 2021 in a highly competitive market. We recently moved to Denver last year, and had some idea what we were looking for but really relied on Megan to guide us through the process. We are so fortunate to have found her. Megan is warm and friendly, easy to be around and very personable. These traits are important, because you spend a lot of time with your realtor and share personal life moments. They help you envision how to fit your life into a space. Megan is extremely responsive. She is also very knowledgeable, giving honest feedback about various houses, including estimating repairs and remodels. The second best trait about Megan (besides how amazing she is personally) is her network - she knows contractors, repair people, various skilled tradesman, and is happy to recommend and connect folks. As transplants, this knowledge has been invaluable to us. Megan is the best - work with her, you will be so happy you did.

Megan is excellent. She is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and clear. As first time home buyers, there was so much we just didn't understand. Megan always took time to walk us slowly through each step, allowing us to ask as many questions as we needed to, no matter how small. She coached us through negotiations, giving advice I know she would take herself if the shoe were on the other foot. It genuinely felt like her goal was to find us a home that we loved and wanted to grow in; it is more than business for her. If/when the time comes for us to move again, I cannot imagine using anyone other than Megan.
