From the very first phone call Megan was knowledgeable and on top of everything at all times. Really great about explaining everything and also navigating the parts that were stressful for us but just part of the process, all with ease. Seemed like she was always available for us which was great, always quick responses to questions or updates if she was waiting to hear from another party. Always made appointments etc work for our schedules. Her great rapport with the listing agent and negotiating is what helped get us our amazing new home when we were competing with multiple other buyers. 10/10 would use Megan again and highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home! Megan was beyond amazing in helping us sell our home. We were living out of state at the time and she did not skip a beat in scheduling and lining up all the little maintenance things that needed to be attended to in order to make the home "sell-ready" and looking its best. Megan is very professional and very knowledgeable and readily answered any and all questions we had, simple or complex. When negotiating for the best deal between offers she was willing to back us on any decision we made but also offered us her best opinion and thoroughly explained her reasoning behind her opinions. Our first deal fell through, through no fault of ours, and she insisted we did not sign any paperwork until she could ensure we got the earnest money due to the buyers pulling out. Everything was always lined up and ready to go and she was just on top of everything the whole way through. She was kind and courteous and so helpful through every step of the way making sure we were kept up to date with any and all updates as she got them. If we were to buy or sell again in the area, hands down, and 10 out of 10 we would use her again!
