As an addition bonus her husband, Jose, is a home re-modeler so he was able to repair and update any problems that we had with our 2 houses to make sure they were in top condition for putting on the market. The second house that Megan sold had been a rental property and needed intensive remodeling and Jose was able to do the work in a inexpensive and timely manner. When finished with the remodeling we were very satisfied with the results. Both of our properties sold fast because of Megan and Jose's efforts.
