Megan did a good job in the first weeks of the process, but as the weeks rolled on she seemed less interested in our closing. I suppose new sales were higher priorities. She lacked expertise in many areas of closing and negotiations skills, especially difficulties with other agents. If you prefer communicating mostly by text messages and never getting to actually speak to your agent then Megan might be right for you. If when the deal has problems and your own agent doesn't even call you after closing to say congratulations, then Megan is your agent. She needs a lot more experience to be a good agent in my opinion. We were sold a bill of goods when a friend referred her to us as a good and experienced agent.
