She was always able to answer any questions we had and if she did not know the answer, would go out of her way to find the answer for us. Megan scored very high in all areas. She has a great understanding of the market. She stay connected with us, whenever we called, whenever we had questions or if there was problem she was there for us. This was the fourth house that we've purchased and by far Megan was one if not the most professional real estate agent that we have ever work with, even through some of the difficult issues that we faced. Mine & Andrew’s experience went very smoothly with Megan. At first, we were extremely nervous and had many doubts about the whole process. Considering we are fairly young, we walked in not knowing much about the market and real estate & how competitive it can be. However, Megan, since day one always seemed to know the answer to all of our questions and assisted at all times in the best way she could . She gave us her personal number which made communication super easy. She is very opinionated which we loved because she saw the things we saw that we did not necessarily like & it just proved to us that she was honest and not just in this for a check. At times, when we were shut down or rejected or when we had our eyes on a home that got sold she felt the distress with us. Buying a home is a huge step in life & she understands the importance of it. I loved her professionalism, one day she brought her son with her to a house tour & he is just beyond adorable and it just made us smile because at the end of the day this is her job but she’s a mother first and she still showed up bright and early & dedicated! It gave Andrew & I a reality of what our future life has in store for us and really pushed us to find the perfect home to hopefully one day have a family of our own. Any time we were running behind for a house tour she never was unhappy with us she was always understanding. When we finally came across THE house she was super excited with us. It is beyond comfortable and homey. We all knew the second we toured it it would be the home for us. To secure this home Megan even sacrificed her own compensation for us which we will endlessly appreciate. She didn’t have to do that for us but she did and it means a lot. It’s been 2 months now living in our new home and we feel beyond blessed and we really couldn’t have done this without her help! Megan is a great realtor! 10/10 definitely recommend!
