They advised on staging, implemented an organized marketing plan, held open houses for brokers and buyers, communicated clearly, and regularly checked-in to make sure we had no questions or concerns. They also maintained frequent, professional communication with the realtors representing interested buyers. Megan's team member Justin was helpful with staging guidance. I couldn't ask for a better first time home buying experience! Justin is phenomenal! He took great care of me throughout the entire process, so much so, I joked with him that I was half tempted to buy another house, just because he'd made the first time around so easy and fun. I could seriously rave about him all day. He's knowledgeable, organized, competent and an all round great guy!

The sell of our first home was exciting and very emotional. We bought this home with Megan just two and a half years prior as our starter home so we new not being there very long would be tough to really make a profit and of course say goodbye. We anticipated it taking a couple months atleast to sell but we had multiple offers within the first week and ended up closing like a month after listing! Even while working on contracts with people Megan and her team were still doing showings and open houses just in case something were to happen. They were on top of the ball during the whole process and they made it such an easy transaction. Not only did we make a good profit but she got to know our buyers background story a little and was able to share that with us which reassured us that our buyer would cherish the home just as much as we did.

Megan and Justin were both great to work with for buying our new home and selling our current home. Justin went above and beyond to show us houses when we were available. He always worked around our hectic schedule. He was so much fun to work with and made the process easy for us. Megan and Justin were both always quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
