Megan is the only realtor I will deal with from now on.

I heard of Megan through some friends so when it was time to seek out a realtor, I called Stoudt Associates. She was not in but returned my call within the hour. The conversation went so well that I chose her to represent me in an investment house sale. That same conversation she gave me an idea what I could sell the house for compared to what other houses in that area were selling for. The next day we were at the house to verify the information I gave her, we did some paperwork, and the house was on the market. She sold my house in less than a week, with several offers.
